Requirements for Bitch:
1. Provide a Brucellosis Test with a Negative result (This test must have been done within the past 6 months). Vet must have signed it.
2. Copy of AKC and/or ASCA registration papers (listing the current owner) with ASCA pedigree. We need to see at least 4 generations of the bitch’s pedigree
3. If Bitch is ASCA registered. ASCA DNA must be complete before breeding.
Prior to an agreement to breed, our responsibilities to you are as follows

We will only give pick puppy if Bitch and puppies will be double registered with both AKC and ASCA. The said puppy will be registered through AKC and/or ASCA and will receive Full Registration Rights and the puppy will not be altered or fixed/spayed in any way.
The owner of the Female agrees that all dewclaws including the back dewclaws if present will be removed and the tails are to be docked at proper show length. (We require tail docked completely)
Stud Owner gets first pick out of the litter. That means before the owner of the dam or anyone else.
If the dam owner does not let the stud owner pick first then stud owner gets to pick 2 other puppies from the litter for the stud fee. Stud Owner will choose which puppies they want at 8 weeks old.
Stud Owner most likely will be choosing a blue merle female or another merle for the pick puppy. But if only tri puppies are produced then Stud Owner will choose a tri for the pick puppy.
Stud Owner might be keeping the pick puppy, but most of the time the puppy will be sold.
The stud dog owner has the right to use their kennel name upon the naming of this puppy and has the right to decide whether or not to use the breeder's kennel name.
It is understood that the OWNER of the STUD is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter until the stud fee has been paid for in full, or the pick puppy has been received.

* Minimum of 9 champion titles with 2 CH titles in first and second generation of three generation pedigree (ASCA or AKC Only)

*Female has a CH title in any registry (AKC,ASCA, UKC, Int., etc)

If the breeding does not take the owner of the stud dog will not return the stud fee.
We do not give stud service charge backs, stud services are non refundable. Stud service money will NOT be refunded for ANY reason.We Offer:We do offer that you are able to use our male again at no charge but this needs to happen within 1 year from the date of the original stud service.If you do not use your stud service within 1 year from the date originally bred you will lose that opportunity- no extension will be given nor will any money will be returned.If that male is not available for service then we offer you to use another one of our males of our choice.
Sire Owner Agreements:
The owner of the male agrees to keep the bitch to be bred confined and inaccessible to all other male dogs until the female has been bred and out of her heat cycle.The owner of the male agrees that reasonable care will be given to the female while in the sire owner possession.
General Agreements:
The stud dog owner is not guaranteeing that the breeding of the two dogs will happen nor any particular color will come from this breeding, nor guarantee how many puppies will be produced. The Amazing Aussie Posse/Blue Diamond Aussies will not guarantee the health of the puppies, as the puppies will be living with the female- dam owner.
If the breeding does not take the owner of the stud dog will not return the stud fee.
Bitch must come to stud’s house for each breeding; we do not make ANY acceptations! If Bitch will be staying, Bitch owner' will bring their own dog food to be fed at stud owner’s house or a $5.00 per day board charge will apply and will be due on the pickup of the female. (this is to cover food, we feed our dogs Pro Plan). Getting your female here for this breeding will be at the expense of the bitch owner.
Upon the signing of this agreement I do hereby swear that I am the owner of this bitch and have legal right to breed her. Further, I certify that this bitch is registered with The American Kennel Club and/or American Australian Shepherds’ Club of America. I attest that I have the bitch's best welfare at interest and that I am able and capable of caring for this bitch if in whelp and for her litter. I will provide all necessities, including veterinary care, adequate feed, water, and shelter for the dam and puppies.
The stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the litter registration papers on the litter until the stud fee has been paid in full; it shall be their option whether or not to do so before the stud fee is paid.
The breeder understands it is their responsibility to ensure that all offspring resulting from this breeding is fully wormed and have their first shots before placement.
The owner of the bitch hereby agrees to pay all expenses incurred for the purpose of this breeding at the time in which they are incurred. Including, but not limited to, all veterinary costs, artificial insemination, semen collection (fresh, chilled, or frozen), and shipping of the same.
The bitch owner does hereby agree and make absolute promise that they will not transfer ownership, in any way, of any puppy resulting from this breeding to any person or organization whose intent is to resell, trade, or give away the puppy; or to use it in any laboratory experiments.
The bitch owner further agrees and does make absolute promise that they will not knowingly sell, trade, or give away a puppy resulting from this breeding to a known puppy mill or person whose sole intent is to breed and produce litters from the dog. But the puppies resulting from this breeding shall be placed into loving family homes who will care for the health and well-being of the puppy.
The breeder (being the bitch owner) agrees to be responsible for the offspring of this breeding and further agrees to take back puppies and place them or assist in placing them if the owner/s can no longer keep them. Bitch owner agrees, in no case, will they knowingly allow the puppies/dogs resulting from this breeding be allowed to be placed into a shelter or pound.
The stud dog owner agrees to help in the placement of these puppies should the breeder not be able to do so. The stud dog owner further agrees to assist the breeder in the replacement of any offspring resulting from this breeding in the event that the owner can no longer keep the dog; or to take responsibility for the placement of the dog should the breeder be unable to do so.
I/We the undersigned, have thoroughly read and understand the contents of the entirety of this agreement and acknowledge this to be a true and binding contract. By the signing of this contract, I/We, do hereby agree and make absolute promise to abide by it's terms and conditions.
As Australian Shepherd breeders dedicated to the breed we recognize our responsibility to breed only the best specimens to compliment the betterment of the breed.
