DEPOSIT CONTRACT

This DEPOSIT CONTRACT is effective when signed below by both Seller and Buyer.
The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:
When a reservation for a dog is placed, 1/2 of the purchase price is your deposit and is required and is non-refundable.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be
refunded in full.
Balance will be due before puppy is signed over at the age of 8 weeks.
Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 8 weeks.
Puppies being shipped via airline will be charged for purchase of small crate, health certificate, flight arrangements and transportation to airport.
Flight costs will be paid by buyer according to the current fees.
Puppies held for one week beyond 8 weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $8.00 per day.
Buyer will also be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if needed.
We will not hold onto a puppy longer than the age of 10 weeks. If you have not picked up your puppy by 10 weeks, the puppy will be offered for sale and deposit will not be refunded.

Please Note: You may pay for the puppy in FULL if you would like to but it will be non-refundable if you decide later you do not want the puppy you reserved. Although, Sometimes I do allow the buyer to switch their deposit to another puppy at a later time if the other puppy is not on hold and is still available. Keep in mind puppies on hold will be expected to leave to their new homes at the age of 8 weeks or additional fee's will apply as stated above.
